He earned his bachelor's degree at Augsburg College in Minneapolis in accounting and finance and his master's degree at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis. Prior to this role, Sarah held leadership positions at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare as the Vice President, Corporate Compliance and Columbia St. Mary’s as Director, Risk and Compliance. As Chief Risk Officer, Sarah Kleaveland Kupczak provides overall direction for the Allina Health Compliance, Privacy, Audit, Enterprise Risk Management and Human Research Projection Programs. She has the responsibility to set the overall strategic direction for Allina Health, ensuring the organization delivers exceptional care and supports the health and well-being of all those served.
Misa holds a bachelor’s of degree in biology from The John Hopkins University and doctorate in medicine from Stony Brook University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. He also completed an internal medicine residency at the University Of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Home infusion therapy is for people receiving medication through an intravenous needle or catheter at home instead of the hospital. We deliver medications to you, and a specially trained infusion nurse gives support and education on how to administer the medication. Truesdell Smith has been practicing law for than more than two decades and has served as in-house counsel for Allina Health since December 2000. As general counsel, Truesdell Smith serves on the Executive Leadership Team and is the chief legal advisor to the health system and all of its operating units, subsidiaries, employees, boards and constituents. She also is the senior executive responsible for system clinical risk management and all insurance programs. Her accountabilities include talent acquisition, management and succession planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, leadership development, HR operations, marketing, internal communications, media relations and public affairs.
